Tatevik Danielyan

Tatevik Danielyan is a Founding Partner of ADS Partners. Tatevik completed her LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley Law School, focusing on corporate acquisitions and securities regulation. She also holds an LL.M. from the American University of Armenia.

She has handled project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector advising strategic investors on the first utility-scale solar and wind projects in Armenia. Tatevik has experience with public private partnership, large financing and acquisition transactions, sovereign bond issuances, to name but a few. She speaks Armenian, English and Russian.
