Mary Avetisyan

Mary Avetisyan joined ADS Partners in September 2021. Her primary areas of practice include commercial transactions, corporate governance and employment. She advises on a wide range of areas from routine corporate matters to complex and sophisticated business and transaction structuring and has work experience in both private and public sectors.

Mary holds an LL.B. from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University of Armenia and an LL.M. from the American University of Armenia. She speaks Armenian, English and Russian.
