Sustainability linked bond issuance for Telecom Armenia
Team Telecom Armenia presented sustainability-linked bonds to prospective investors with a total volume of 15 million USD. The initiative supports the expansion of the NGN network and solar power infrastructure, promoting green financing.
AYG-1 Utility-Scale Solar Project
ADS provided comprehensive legal services to Masdar, a premier global player in renewable energy. Our support spanned from initial bidding to licensing, permitting, land issues, and financing aspects of the project.
Masrik-1 Utility-Scale Solar Project
We provided comprehensive support to FRV across all phases of the Masrik-1 Project. Critical tasks included negotiating amendments to the Public-Private Partnership Agreement to enhance its bankability.
ENA Investment Program Financing
Our lawyers advised the Asian Development Bank, EBRD, and IFC in connection with the financing of the Electric Networks of Armenia investment program in several stages from 2017 to date.
Sovereign Bond Issuances
Consultancy services to joint lead managers concerning Armenian legal aspects of sovereign Eurobond issuances. This included expert guidance on Armenian law and ensuring compliance, most recently in 2021.
Ameriabank Share Divestment
We advised ADB during the divestment of shares in Ameriabank CJSC to Bank of Georgia Group PLC. We provided guidance on regulatory frameworks and legal compliance throughout the process.
Inecobank Share Divestment
We advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development throughout the divestment process involving its shares in the share capital of Inecobank CJSC, a prominent financial institution.
